Das Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer auf der Vorderseite haben sogar Blick auf den Ontariosee, allerdings über den vielbefahrenen Lakeshore Boulevard hinweg. Hinten raus wird's allerdings grausig: Die unteren Etagen haben freien Blick auf eine ca. drei Meter entfernte Stützmauer für den Gardiner Expressway - eine der Haupteinfallstrassen nach Toronto. Die oberen Etagen blicken direkt auf diese Autobahn - die Autos brausen fast durchs Zimmer. Darüber hinaus wurde das Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts von dem frequentiert, was in Prospekten gerne als "lebhaftes internationales Publikum" bezeichnet wird - mit entsprechender Lautstärke auf Fluren und Zimmern.
