A warm and welcoming experience
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ARooms are well proportioned. pleasantly decorated, extremely comfortable and very clean. All Public areas are welcoming and have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Staying in the Guesthouse was the best of both worlds as we had the convenience of breakfasting well there and were then able to experience the gastronomic delights of the Hotel for dinner. Also, we had access to the breakfast/sitting room at all times - which was great for us with young children in the party,
Location
Well situated in the centre of the village with easy access to the slopes. Free ski bus opposite the hotel. Very convenient for many skiing areas.
The staff made us welcome from the minute we entered the Hotel to the time we left. Nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way to make sure we had the best holiday possible. Several of them had good command of English and they enjoyed speaking to all their guests.
Gastronomy
The food was fabulous! There was a good choice of main course each day for dinner and the other four courses were deliciously mouth-watering.The service was excellent.
Sport & Entertainment
Facilities for skiers within the Hotel and Guesthouse were very good. The boot and ski-room was a good size and conveniently situated. Drying facilities worked well.
Room
The room was well proportioned and had plenty of storage space. The furniture was of good quality and the room was fresh and well decorated. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily and towels and bedding changed regularly. Most rooms had balconies and those in the Guesthouse had telephones, safes and TVs.
Tea/coffee making facilities would have been appreciated!
