Friendly to children and very service minded
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe staff and Schattauer family are very friendly and very service minded. There is no doubt that the guests are in focus.
We were 2 families plus a single with 4 children all together staying together at Schattauer. Though there are no special children areas except for a table tennis in the basement, then the staff and management were very friendly towards our children and their needs.
The staff and management were in general doing everything possible for them to make our stay pleasant. They were very very service minded.
The rooms were bigger than normal and very clean.
The food was excellent. At dinner we had 4 meals every day, where we could choose between 3 main dishes, which were generally a choice between a meat meal, a fish meal or a vegetarian meal. For the kids we could if preferred choose between a number children menus.
Schattauer is definitely a place we will consider going back to.
