Perfect holiday for family with young children.
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed 2 weeks in the Guesthouse of the Hotel Schattauer and it turned out to be the best family vacation we have had yet. Beautiful scenery, very friendly staff and a large garden with room for both pool, football and table tennis. At the same time, too.
I would definitely recommend this place for families with younger children - (3, 7 and 9 years). Teenagers would probably find the town a bit uninteresting at night but for us it was perfect. And they mean it, when they say that they welcome children, we never felt that we had to apologize for their natural behavior.
