The small creepy-crawlies are to be found in the bathroom (toilet, bathtub, sink), bedroom (on the mattresses) and under the bed, as well as on the balcony. Our conclusion, cleanliness is a big drawback. The selection of drinks was very modest, each machine both the quality and taste of the different, sometimes more, sometimes less water, or sugared water. Cleanliness was not degrees capitalized... Upon arrival the hygienic areas were so dirty that you will love to check out... Hair in the sink and the tub/shower... Total dirty toilet. TRACES stains hair etc. cleanliness is not their strength. The food is not convincing. Little choice, no description of the food, what it is and what is included in the food. A very large drawback for allergic people like me. The fruit was good. Leisure activities on offer were good and recommendable... The occupation in the front desk was not satisfactory. Not helpful very unfriendly (ant problem in the room in the bed, etc.) and not foreign languages garment... German is partly a big problem! (the hotel with a German speaking) of the promise of snacks during the between times the meals were no trace. The hotel is not worth four stars!
