Nice, small hotel in best location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were at the end of August to a multiple day city break in Venice. This hotel is located right on the water, the main railway station and the bus station are in the immediate vicinity, also a large supermarket. if you from the airport comes with the bus to Venice runs and, it is only 2 minute from the terminus and one is in the hotel. totally Central, but quiet on a channel of the 10M away along canal Grande. opposite a park is, so it is really quiet. cars in Venice is not, it is a question of taxis, stations but you will find on the larger channels every few hundred meters and also to the hotel. if you are a 72 hour ticket buys the drive is with these boats really cheap, because you need them. städig we are islands also on risks, for example the lido (beach: very beautiful, flat, gröberer sand, wonderful turquoise water, about 26 degrees) .the boats are sometimes crowded, but still a nice feature of Fotbewegung. we are away from the San Marco from walked to... The hotel is very small and cozy, room almost all go to the backyard, were not very big, rich but for a short stay in the TV shows unfortunately only Italian transmitters. the furniture was very worn, carpet, even on the walls... it smelled musty/moldy everywhere, in all the is but the bathroom was Venice. houses very small, but well appointed, it was each day fresh soap and shampoo, shower was something with the infested with mold... but I have seen worse.
The staff at the hotel was approximately to the hours at the reception distance, but they were very discreet and languages like not much.
All in all it was a good stay in a 3-star worthy house
