Nice hotel short break in the mountains *

A well located hotel with a great price performance ratio for a short break. From the rooms (nice rustic equipped, very clean and big enough) view on the lake of Thun (public bathing beach right in front of the door) and across the mountains. We had booked overnight stay with breakfast for a great price and were pleasantly surprised, what we therefor got! Breakfast buffet was sufficiently equipped (including every day salmon, champagne, fruit; eggs were freshly cooked to order...) Managing director and the staff was very friendly and for the well-being of the guests carefully. The Bernese oberland offers varied opportunities to use the Berfgbahnen, to hiking, on lake Thun, etc., but you should have a car, the stations within easy reach. We can recommend the hotel absolutely recommend.
