Very friendly front desk, very helpful staff (clapping ice cream for the damaged knee ☺ Clean well-appointed room with radio, tv (also international channels), as well as south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the lake, the bathroom was a bit small but perfectly adequate and very clean. We were at the top of the third floor, as you can tell after a day snowboarding the thigh on the way up ☺ The only shortcoming was the lack of a sauna, unfortunately. Breakfast was good and had everything, which one needs, fresh fruit and vegetables. Attentive: aspirin for free next to the orange juice machine ☺ Conclusion: very guest friendly hotel with everything, what you really need and an unbeatable price/performance ratio! Even with higher standards in order! Of us: 100% recommendation! We will come back in summer with a motorcycle!
