Check-in/booking so-so... Only double room, with luggage and CO in the room, door-a single room! ancient and shabby-. With a request for a new and newer room we got one. However, it was just really goes too: first with hair in the bed-the sheets was so from the laundry service arrived, the bed sheets were changed. second then we had found exactly the same hair (same length and color) in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom. The likelihood is, that the sheets in our room did not get the getaust! In the separate toilet brownish spatter on the wall next to the toilet brush. In the whole room blood on the wall from dead bugs, flies everywhere in the hotel and from the hotel's own farm odor-barn opposite. All these problems were communicated to the access by us, which unfortunately did not talk with. Not great for a four stars hotel, which the manager the answer was, it was no five stars Plus Hotel. Completely Great! Cleanliness has nothing to do with stars! Just disgusting and rustic, here would keep agriculture better.

Sehr geehrter Herr Marc!
Ja, ich kann mich noch sehr gut an Ihren Besuch erinnern. Da ist wohl einiges schief gelaufen. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie in unserem Haus keinen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Dass Ihre Agentur für Sie schriftlich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hat, haben wir ja noch gut hingekriegt. Trotz Vollbelegung konnten wir Sie noch auf das gewünschte Doppelzimmer umbuchen. Ihrer Abneigung unserem Bio-Bauernhof gegenüber hatten wir halt leider nichts entgegen zu setzen. Der Gastagwirt wird seit 700 Jahren als Gasthof und Bio-Landwirtschaft geführt. Eine Tradition, die gerade in der heutigen Zeit aktueller ist denn je. Viele unserer Gäste kommen gerade wegen der tollen Lebensmittel, die bei uns in der Küche verarbeitet werden und erleben mit großem Interesse den direkten Kontakt mit den vielen, artengerecht gehaltenen Tieren am Hof.
Ich lade Sie gerne ein noch einmal zu uns auf Urlaub zu kommen. Sie sind gerne mein Gast. Ich werde Ihnen dann persönlich eine Führung durch unseren Bio-Bauernhof machen. Vielleicht kann ich auch Ihre Liebe zur Natur wieder wecken.
