Hotel Gemini

Absolutely good location to the beach. In approximately 50 meters was the beach. Bus stop "around the corner" with 2 € in Corfu town with us. The neighboring hotel Apollo Palace was from 21/22 hours active. As it was with the silence. The entertainment was incredibly loud, sleep was impossible to think.

Front desk was friendly and fine. The maids I would give 6 suns, kind and friendly and nothing against fuss. The waiters in the restaurant, however, were "Müffeligkeit" hard to beat. We were probably the mistake, do not just to give tips.

So. . This is the "Casus Knaktus". . The food for my standards catastrophic! "Breakfast". . With eingepackter butter, dry white bread and Aldi jam could to survive. Coffee + tea were not great but ok. Dinner consisted of partly for me undefinable "creations" who absolutely NO taste. for example. There was an evening beef", which only from bones, of which some fibers fat and tendons angedockten hanging and a sauce. I felt as if the butcher waste. Absolutely not to be recommended.

Sport ... 0 ! For me, a nice pool, as the standard depth of 22 millimetres finally been exceeded; -). Beach chairs weren't great new, but ok. Children's playground was - thank goodness/far away, but I think was not used.

Room itself was average to good. TV ... 30 cm screen with 2.5 international channels. ARD and ZDF, RTL there were very limited. sheets changed every other day. Telephone didn't use it, as it was too expensive. Better use the phone booths Street Parking. The use of the air conditioning cost €6 per day. But you could survive without, as we only used the room at night.

All in all ok for a 3 star hotel! Not that great either, but it's not a horror holiday. The people are very nice and you can also do something (cost of course).
