Very pleasant hotel in a central location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe giorgione is a very pleasant city with lots of charm, where you immediately felt comfortable. The staff is very friendly, but not pushy. The decor is very tasteful, something we have never experienced anything like that. Great is also a beautiful courtyard, where you when the weather is nice, the breakfast, or also still a cool drink at the end of the day can take. By the very central location it is only a few minutes walk to the Rialto bridge, close to the water dock on the Grand Canal and Fondamente Nuove (trip to Murano island). The entire city is from here to foot, however, the location is quiet and relaxed. It is definitely worth it, a ticket for the vaporetti to buy more days, one is flexible and can also just back to the hotel at any time, to a break. The giorgione is for a city break absolutely to be recommended.
