Luckily we only had a one night stay in a standard room for 100 euro (! ) and seemed to be in the part not re-furbished ended up on the top floor. Old is not bad, but at least clean it should be. The bed linen was torn, the mattresses were worn, the carpet was with undefinable stains. But the worst was the bathroom: spider webs hung from the ceiling, the skylight would not lock (through large water spots on the wood paneling you could be concluded that this is the case a while) and the sink still had had fluff and hair from the previous tourist. The building was Generally very loud (the tenant refused us the TV to about 4 hours early; unfortunately it was the nice night porter (who took care to our complaint ) were powerless there because. Overall, a real shame as the hotel has really potential: The location is unique and it is in the "public areas (reception, entrance, breakfast room, outdoor terrace) actually very comfortable, breakfast is ok (nothing special, but enough and good). When booking, you should insist that you didn't come in the "neighboring building" will be accommodated. We wont be back though.
