Location
Very nice location on the river, the center is within walking distance.
Friendly welcome, but with complaints was then end with the friendliness.

Room
We had a deluxe room with a view of the river. The room was in of decaying condition! The mattresses were broken, the bathroom dingy. The carpet was a real insult (total value and dirty) and the highlight a defective couch, it was completely broke and it stand out Ferrous materials. For this room we could pay £150 per night. After a complaint we changed rooms the next day (standard with Hofsicht, right next to the vent stack the kitchen window, so to). Room was otherwise ok, but was also the price for the more expensive rooms all nights will be charged. When we complained, we were just as possible.
