Hotel Golden 5 Sapphire Suites

The hotel was set approximately 17km away from the down town which was really interesting to visit. Our guest relations Mariya and Manal explained to us how to get there and which places better to visit. We loved the location of the hotel... after breakfast it was nice to walk to the beach on foot across the whole territory pf G5...))))

The staff was just super friendly. They read your every wish from your lips. They spoke multiple languages. The service at the hotel was fantastic and staff could not do enough to be as helpful as possible and to ensure we had a great holiday. All staff including reception, waiters, bar staff, animation team and house keeping were friendly. If your are friendly, people are friendly back. We'd like to mention 2 magnificent girls. They are Manal and Mariya Frank... They are the best guest relation I've ever met. Thank you for your hospitality and attention.

The hotel is an all inclusive hotel and is definitely value for money. It has a main restaurant and 7 a la carte restaurants. You can eat at each of the al a carte restaurants once for each week of your stay and to go to all the main restaurants on the territory of G5. The food in the restaurants was a good variety which was cooked to a great standard. The children did not struggle to find something that they liked and ate well. The waiters (5 Ahmed) are very kind and do their job professional. The cleanliness in all eating areas was excellent. About a la carte restaurant, we recommend you to visist Italian (topaz Club, 2nd floor, chef Mr. Ewad - the best cook) and Asian (near Almas hotel)... yami yami...

The entertainement was great. Our beach was the cleanest!! Sunbeds and mats were plentiful (more than guests). We loved spending time by the pool. The pool areas were very clean .The animation team were there to provide entertainment both day and night. Activities included water polo, aqua gym, darts etc. We loved all activities. Evening entertainment was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. We particularly enjoyed fair and tanura shows. There is very beautiful and atractive kids club and mini disco each evening. Thanks to the all animation team, especially to funny chef of animation Ahmed (Balu)...

The outer area like the toilets by the pool and beach were in great condition at every time of day. From the floor to the ceiling.
Because we have never had a reason to complain I can´t comment on how they were dealt with.The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied daily (thanks to our HK trundushiha and to Mr. Hassan HK manager). The mini bar was also restocked with water, soft drinks. In the roomS you can find 2 TV, free safe box, coffee station... And huge balcony with nice view...

Everything was just absolutely awesome: location, attentive staff and comfortable room. The room was cleaned to perfection. IF YOUR ARE FRIENDLY, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY BACK. We are fond of all the staff and send them a lot greetings...
