Great location in the old town, but tiny room *

Radiator in the room and bathroom were cold, as well as the shower.
The statement by the hotel management the next morning on our complaint: the heating was broken (former) and she was glad, at the weekends that this (we were there for SA) at least temporarily had been repaired. However, we have heard nothing from it! A warning would be the minimum check at the former, which was to be expected.
The room itself: Size 9-11 sqm, a double bed with two night stay x m, mattresses, but two times X, 8 meters, a closet, with a safe, with which the doors close because of missing roof could not be closed. Long coats or clothes as shorts could not be hung, as that is where the safety deposit box was installed. Other equipment 1 chair, two (?) tables, 1 bathrobe, mind you: in the double room!, 1 tv on the wall, two bedside tables, two dresses at the door.
Bathroom was okay but missing file mölichkeiten and shower only from above.
Breakfast buffet is very good.
