Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had a room in a floor to the pedestrian precinct. The room itself was a good size, also the bathroom. The rooms to the pedestrian precinct are a little noisy, if the revelers coming home. The rooms are quiet (orchard) to the south. The breakfast is extensive, of a good quality with a friendly service menand shambolic. Nothing for poor nervers is the hotel parking. After it was late when we arrived, I had to reverse over ten *, to close the gap inside me. We were appalled by the wellness area. The hotel is sold at least as a vital Hotel. The sauna and the steam sauna are very small, the pool chairs really terribly uncomfortable. So I have experienced a long time. On the second day the sauna towels are considered, despite the urgency of the guest were not delivered. There is a drinks offered peace, however, dirty glasses were not exchanged, the tea kettle was on two days cold. The hotel is really wonderful on the edge of the old town of Brixen. What good is the location, if the quality of service is so weak?

Sehr geehrter Herr Klaus,vielen Dank, dass sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, unser Hotel zu bewerten. Nur so ermöglichen Sie uns ev. Missstände aufzudecken und zu beseitigen.
Es gibt nichts Schlimmeres als ein unzufriedener Gast der uns im Glauben lässt, alles sei perfekt, wohlwissend dass positive Erfahrungen 1x - negative hingegen in der Regel 10 x weitererzählt werden.
Auf alle Fälle möchte ich mich auch im Namen meiner Mitarbeiter für die Umstände in unserem Wellnessbereich entschuldigen... ich kann Ihnen aber versichern, dass es sich um einen Einzelfall handelte.
Die Liegen in unserer Regenbogenwelt sind wirklich nichts für schwache Bandscheiben… ja sogar unbequem... das wird gleich geändert. Aber da ich sie bis gestern eigentlich noch nie selber getestet hatte, war ich diesbezüglich auf Ihren Hinweis angewiesen…danke.
Also Herr Klaus, ich wünsche mir, dass wir noch einmal die Gelegenheit bekommen, Ihnen zu beweisen, dass wir zu den besten Hotels der Gegend zählen.
