Tips and recommendations
We recently stayed in this hotel for a night with our baby who is 18 months old. The lady from front desk yelled at us when my son cried. They should have let us know that they do not allow infants. There was no A/C in the room. But the breakfast buffet was good. And the lady who was serving was very curteous. I would never advise anyone to stay in this hotel. The people in the front desk have no manners. I want to give zero star, But the reason i gave 1 was because of the breakfast.

location is good. Close to Interlaken East. Short walk to city center. Lof of restaurants.
I have ever seen such a worst staff.

This guest stayed with us for one night in April. He forgot to mention that the incident happened on Easter Sunday morning at 6.30 am in the hallway of the first floor, not the guests room. The little boy was sitting outside the parents hotel room and had been crying for a long period of time, when I went up to ask the father to quieten his son down. I did not yell at all, but was laughed at by the father. We are a very family friendly hotel and I and most of my staff have children as well. But on a holiday Sunday morning we do look out for all other hotel guests as well. All he would have needed to do, was to take his child into his hotel room and close the door.
