Nice hotel, but horrible food
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHotel located near the beach - about 5 minute walk. Rooms quite comfortable, but equipment rather old. two beds put together, so there's a hole in the middle very bad for couples!

near Heraklion, 200m to the beach, lot of shops - generally ok.
free wifi in reception
very pleasant and professional service. First day airconditioning in our room smelled bad (fungus), but they handled it fast and I was saisfied.
Gastronomy
It was a nightmare. example: breakfast - hotdog; lunch - chopped hotdog; dinner - hotdog in cake...
meat - horrible!!! simply bones and skin. looked old and smelled bad.
beverages - only beer was drinkable. They didn't even provide clear water. in distribudors were tap water really horrible in taste. sodas = undrinkable. juices - artificial, maybe 5% of real juice.
the only positive thing i can say about beer - quite good.
Sport & Entertainment
every 11am very loud music and jumping fat Tunesian - it was called pool aerobic. no comment.
Room
clean, with fridge, bath ok.
furniture old, but working. TV - very small. airconditioning with fungus but they fixed it.
balcony - big, 4 chairs.
Tips and recommendations
If it were possible to go there without all inclusive, I would go. With all inclusive - not recommended!!
