A friend had us but then (as we've stayed in Las Vegas were) recommended to go and different to cancel a night at this hotel. Famous has then called the letter with my name and the first night and wanted to cancel. The problem, the staff was unfortunately not able to find out my name. So it was not possible to cancel. The day before we should then there again, my uncle has called to tell to say again, that we come a day later. As has been said, that you can talk again because of the cancellation and back the money what we should be getting.
When we then come the evening Friday are, said it would only we stoniert to late, it is no money. The was the first trouble.
We wanted to have breakfast the next day (was from Germany already booked). At the reception us it was said, we had no breakfast. So I had to get on my room and the voucher, because the gentleman from the evening before (my) had the wrong rausgemacht.
When it finally said, we got breakfast came the next shock.
We were at the buffet along led to to what we must show food and drink. There was orange juice, donuts and fruit! The was it! Really a joke.
My uncle has demanded the manager and had nothing to do better as to the whole time with verschrenkten to discuss poor and with my uncle rum. And then he was still rude and said also, expect what my uncle because, for example steak and fries for breakfast.
Sometime (after about ten minutes), the Commission agreed a (the but also only, because we the money from the night before have not back), that we might eat from the entire buffet.
So, just be prepared together! This hotel is not to recommend further!
