Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery beautiful complex, not too large and not too small, pleasant for they eye with many small details. Wonderful well-kept garden, large pool and more than enough beach beds, spacious rooms. For us one of the best hotels that we ever visited. Once you've been to the market place, you'll never want to leave!
Location
You just have to love the location ... only those who don't want to walk around too much should stay here. As far as we know, there are only other hotels nearby... we stayed in the complex the whole time to have our peace and quiet. The hotel next-door belongs to the chain and can partially also be used. The beach is also great for snorkling, but if everybody treats the environment like that who knows how much longer.
We really liked the service. Clean hotel complex, clean room and very nice staff. German will get you further almost always. Those that think they have to speak only German 3500 km away from home still will get something to drink. So there were no problems at all. I think a small tip is a must as a gratitude, but they treat you just as well even if you don't leave a tip.
Gastronomy
One main restaurant and three thematic restaurants, in addition food at the pool and beach. The food is good everywhere, as you would expect from all inclusive food. You have to reserve for the thematic restaurants, but they are great for a change. There is always grilling in the afternoon, very delicious. The drinks are almost all good. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take ice cubes, too bad. A big plus: take-away bottled water.
Sport & Entertainment Unused
People were doing it, but we never participated in it. But nobody was pushy about asking us to participate, while we were lying in our beach beds. There is always a program in the evening, but it is over on time at 11pm. So this guarantees peace and quiet over night.
Room
Our room was very spacious, well-maintained and clean. We also heard other stories, though, but nothing really horrible. Great colours and very comfortable. Good beds, some of the rooms with very nice balconies, free safe, satellite TV, hairdryer. Everyday there are now towels incl. beach towels. After an afternoon nap the beds were made again.
Tips and recommendations
BOOK IT! We were definitely not there for the last time! Just be careful with the drinks and food subject to additional charges. The staff also like to occasionally sell a bottle of wine 20 €.
