Hotel Grand Okan

In my opinion the hotel i located at a perfect distance from the beach and the centre of the city.
You can be at the beach in 5 minutes, it's just across the road.
It's a nice walk to the centre of alanya. You walk by different restaurants, bars and shops so there's a lot to see.

There are also a lot of excursion possibilities. I went on a short boattrip, went to dimçayi, Dim Magarasi and Alanya Kalesi.
But you can also go on excursions like visiting manavgat, go on a jeepsafari or go parasailing, jetskiing, banana boating etc.
in other words, there is enough to do.

Excellent service.
They try their very best handling your complaints. The rooms are clean. The staff is really friendly and they try to make your stay unforgettable.

Gastronomy was also good. Different seating area's for breakfast and dinnertime. After dinner the bar area has a great atmospere with a happy hour from 22.00 till 23.00 (if i say it correctly).

I'm not a swimmingpool person myself, as i went to the beach every day. So i don't really know the activities the animation team organized. I do know that a couple times a week they organize a disconight where they go to different disco's around the city with a group of people/guests from the hotel.

The pool area is really clean and neat. There are a number of sunbeds available for the hotel guests and there is a poolbar.

Roomsize was great. I didn't really use the balcony since the rooms temperature was nice with the airconditioning and it was just too hot outside.
Bathroom has all the equipment needed and is just the right size.
There is a safe, minibar, telephone and television.
The condition of the room is perfect since the hotel was renovated about a year ago.

The hotel has Wi-Fi available for free. You get some kind of coupon at the receptiondesk with a log on code. This code lasts two days. You can use it on you laptop or smartphone.
