Disappointment *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe staff was unfriendly and not motivated. Furthermore, there is a lack of hygiene enormous. The rooms are run down, not well ironed sheets, the buffet to a minimum. Dirty glasses, the table was missing the full cutlery. It has a fork and spoon was missing the ungekehrt. The only positive is the nice area. Hotel rooms with no 5 * safety and the staff including service (cleanliness, friendliness, etc.....) not. Very sad... Since the area was so nice... I am sure with a... After 14 days that I will make the next ten years a large detour around Egypt. Unfortunately...
