The pool and the ocean were great, the rest in the hospital *

The pool landscape and the slides of the area are in the truest sense a dream and the pictures are nothing. The Sea as from the picture book, clean and bright turquoise water.
You got at the beach, as well as at the pool, but it was better, if you are at the pool for nine hours a chair. Afterwards it looked rather bad until noon. All of the rooms have a nice view over the pool area. However, in our room the ceiling was open and bright wires hanging out. Even if it is loud the hotel staff because of the air conditioning system was, you have the cover plate loose let just in the hole, so you have a little afraid, that it falls down. The cleanliness of the room looked like, that the beds were made and the towels were changed. (If you are lucky, you had the ability to communicate new towels, if you didn't have any, but just more) under the beds was a pound for chunks and in the bath tub were more than enough hair and dirt, so that one in the evening always cleaned the tub. Of Al we one evening had no towels, I called the front desk. This said, that it was immediately dealt with. 30 minutes after I called again and got the same response. After more than 1 hour I went to the front desk where I was, there were no towels and I was extremely rude, I have been asked to go. After 2.5 hours we were brought towels. In general, the front desk staff were rather unfriendly to people from Germany. Some even refused to understand English and said :' sorry I cannot understand. Please go. The food was pretty much the same eleven days. The best advice: eat out! The coffee was green and smelled. Meat and fish were served raw, when we inquired, we were urged to go. Tomatoes and cucumbers, lunch (3-4 hours) above in the blazing sun (uncooled) and were then on the evening buffet. I think that explains the quality of the food. You could drink, according to pharmacists and doctors 'fruit juice ' only from the machine and tea with lemon. Everything else was made with tap water. Overall, we were eight of the eleven days sick and had even because of a stomach intestine infection at the hospital and is now still in treatment. The area is very suitable for disabled people, ramps everywhere so that it is. But here is the problem, that one is forced in some places, to go, but extremely smooth, so that in the end hinfällt. So a concussion, blue stains and a thick ankle to conditions. If you're just looking for a bed, shower and pool/Sea and want to eat out, the hotel is highly recommended.

wir bedauern es sehr, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub nicht voll genossen haben und das Sie waehrend Ihres Urlaubs krank geworden sind.
Es freut uns jedoch zu hoeren, dass Sie unsere grosszuegige Poollandschaft, sowie das Meer voll ausgenutzt haben und es Ihnen sehr gut gefallen hat.
Wenn es irgendwelche Beschwerden gibt, versuchen wir dies schnellstmoeglich zu beheben um unsere Gaeste zufrieden zu stellen. An der Rezeption arbeiten deutschsprachige Rezeptionisten, sowie deutsche Gaestebetreuung, die jederzeit kontaktiert werden kann. Wir sind ueber jeden deutschen Gast sehr froh, sowie auch ueber unseren anderen Gaeste und behandeln jeden gleich zuvorkommend. Unsere komplettes Hotel verfuegt ueber einen Wasserfilter. Unser deutschsprachiger Kuechenchef dreht jeden Tag seine Runde und sollte einer unser Gaeste einen Wunsch aeussern, so wird dieser auch in die Tat umgesetzt. Viele unserer Stammgaeste loben die gute Kueche. Es kann leider manchmal passieren, dass Gaeste bei 40Grad in der Sonne und bei kalten Getraenken und ueberhitzung des Koerpers krank werden, dies passiert aber sehr selten und unser Hotelpersonal bedient diese Gaeste dann auch gerne im Zimmer. Da wir natuerlich auch Rollstuhlfahrern einen schoenen und angenehmen Urlaub bieten wollen, hat natuerlich unser ganzes Hotel neben einer Treppe auch eine Rampe. Das Sie ausgerutscht sind tut uns sehr leid und wir hoffen, dass dies mitlerweile wieder gut verheilt ist.
