Unfortunately no successful holiday *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel area itself was very clean and well maintained, unfortunately in the dining-hall was not pay very much attention to the cleanliness, so it could happen that you had to sit on a table angepatzen and also that table-Ware was not clean partly.
Other hotel visitors Darminfekte which had partly very strong results are! So when eating and drinking I recommend watch!
The rooms were fine in terms of size and fittings!
The distance to the beach was about a five minute walk. In the neighboring Hotel unfortunately only consume drinks so if you want to eat lunch you have to go back to the resort back. I also think that in the grand Plaza Hotel guests of the resort are not courteous, rather rejecting were treated. On the beach you always get free beach chairs and umbrellas.
The pool was very large and clean, unfortunately for the number of guests to little pool chairs available.
The staff was very, very friendly and courteous, I had no problems with communication because you can communicate with English great and there are some people in the staff speak German! Questions/problems with complaint was helped immediately!
My conclusion: The friendliness of the staff and the pool area and the rooms I would recommend this hotel. From the hygiene of the food and drinking and the distance to the sea or the second-class treatment at the Grand Plaza Hotel I would not recommend this hotel.
The fact that so many guests had diarrhea I would advise the hotel management hygiene standards in food and drink very strong upward to improve.
