Expectations were unfortunately not met, a shame *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe first impression was very good, but unfortunately a little disappointing. Big plus for the hotel location, lobby, front desk (staff) and pool. Negative: the food was always the same- partly cold, little choice, really not recommended no matter what: breakfast, lunch or dinner. Service staff in the restaurant and pool were not too friendly. The room was a bit dirty and the bathroom was rather small. For people who tend to freeze at night, you should bring your blanket. There is unfortunately only one in the towel fabric (very low quality). Patio door didn't close (noise from the wind). The thick blanket that we found in the closet smelt and had stains on. I shall publish pictures attached- to each his own impression. In my opinion, the hotel is pushed way too hard. It may be okay, but in my opinion it was not as great as the tour operator had advertised.
