Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel made a good impression and the staff was really always very friendly and tried hard! The rooms/the furniture has gotten a bit old, but clean. In the immediate vicinity there is nothing, no supermarket, bar or similar, but is directly in front of the hotel a bus station. Bus is convenient (two euros per ride). The complex is spacious and very well maintained. In this hotel all inclusive really was all inclusive! Pool chairs, umbrellas, pool towels (can always just the cleaning be exchanged) and in-room safe is free! The food is okay, but for us no revelation. Many things are repeated again and again. Positive we found, that the hotel staff very pet friendly and also good on people with disabilities is received. The only bad thing is really noticed the consistent concern! For families with children this hotel is really very good, it is really everything done that they feel at home. But if you want to have peace and quiet in this hotel you are our opinion wrong! From early morning until late in the night you can hear all the noise from inside. It is from the hotel also didn't pay attention to, for example, at the quiet pool really quiet. Many guests complained about it. We had already pointed out when booking, that we want to have a quiet room. We got a room directly over the lobby bar and the dining room, where from morning until late night noise was in the. Internet access in public areas you could lock not even the toilets, because there may be a child lock up and so on.. The proposal to divide the dining room was not considered. According to the hotel manager at the time about hundred children locally and it was a hotel for families, this was the explanation for it. According to the staff this is little, in the high season it must be significantly worse/noisy. The entertainment was okay, but we had experienced in other hotels much better. It is six times/week for example, Aqua sport, according to plan an hour at a time. If the exchange rate time 30 Minutes it was long! Our people conclusion: for families with children really great and very highly recommended-for people who seek tranquility unfortunately wrong hotel!
