Hotel Grupotel Los Principes

There were a lot of trinket stores in the environment with many supermarkets where on could buy drinks etc. The beach the was great very clean, the water was glass clear as in the Caribbean, real top class and very warm.

The woman at the reception was super friendly and had explained everything exactly that one couldn't say a thing. A balcony door didn't work and we complained and it was fixed the same day.

One got an assigned fix table which wasn't bad. Our service was always very nice, we were 9 days there and the food started to repeat which was usual after so many days the food wasn't good. The breakfast was not very thrilling always the same, bread rolls not edible, the only good was the baguette, fresh juice one sought for nothing, which was a pity.

The pool was small but normal at a hotel with direct beach location. Entertainment was super but sadly much of the program was cancelled often since not many participated which was very sad, as entertainers tried very hard. We were usually on the beach whenever possible, then there one was bothered by the blacks and the chinese to buy something or have massages which was very annoying.

Very large rooms, somewhat old, at the beginning the room was cleaned well, but the longer the worse, the handtowels were sometimes changed but the old ones not taken which was somewhat strange. The air conditioner didn't really work and stunk like a dead animal and so it was unbearable, TV there weren't many channels but one had 3-4 which wasn't really thrilling.

In any case rent a car but not right in the hotel but in the area, or ride the bus which wasn't expensive to Palma it took 5,50 Eur.
