Chic and modern, a few service shortcomings *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFirst of all, I was pleasantly surprised at the pleasant holiday atmosphere and flair. Everything was very large and generously. According to some previous speakers there is room, which was in need of renovation, I had to get the luck, a really great, very large room with a great garden, pool and ocean view and balcony in the fifth floor, newly renovated, modern and stylishly furnished, two King beds together lush, super ☺ (Left wing of the U-shaped main building). The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good, everything neat, I love the glass will chair. The check-in was friendly, the receptionist spoke good German (which I do not expect it, but it is of course easier for me) and recommended us some amenities. However, I found during the stay the service of the reception staff were very mixed and sometimes also very unprofessional. If guests (including I) cause for concern, I think it is very rude, if in the middle of the dialog several times due to constant phone calls was suspended. After the phone call the staff is so spread, that it no longer knew, what the davorstehende guest actually wanted. Nothing against any importance of calls, but the guests in the queue are right in front of the hotel, also not have already paid enough for the holiday and priority can expect (the caller must also Wait...!). The Ticketbuchung for the Siam park I wonder, why the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and colleagues referred to later (the then?). The handwritten receipt book auszufüllende is on the desk and my payment will be just. Also the English statement of charges for the pool towel and room safe was very marginal, in order to be able to see it. Otherwise a great garden, very well-kept pool area, enough pool chairs (if you think, ' leaves 'with a towel early to reserve, will surprise after the breakfast, when it removed->> I find correct and logical!), the breakfast was very rich and bars in the hotel very welcoming with style. The beach, well, is not blessed with beauty, but for swimming, of course, OK, just a little further (left) or take a taxi to Playa las Americas, in the surrounding area were good restaurants with sea view and very cheap taxis, to culturally to do anything about it. All in all a very recommendable area, where a beautiful holiday for all ages is feasible.
Mega great: the Siam! Ticket service at hotel for the same price, queue at the counter and fast Hineilen around ten o'clock at the top slides attractions without resulting queues then ☺
