In the tooth '4 star hotel' *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AUnfortunately, the hotel was a little older. The room we had was very worn and from our point of view not speak of a four star house. Also the booked sea view on the second floor was only by ' physical effort to see. Further can be no question of the beach. The Esmeralda beach is for children and not so good swimmers not suitable, as the access is Rocky and the overall impression of this beach section verwahrlos seems simple. Very affected are also some dishes assets (coffee pot, tea pot etc.) positive aspects: the staff was very friendly, great pool landscape and very child-friendly house. Of the H10 hotels, which we know in Tenerife, this is from our point of view in the general impression was one of the worse. We will continue to choose other hotels.
