Für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Wir hielten uns nur selten im Hotel auf, besichtigten lieber mit unserem Mietwagen Puerto de la Cruz, den Loro Parque und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch das Leihen von Fahrrädern würden wir empfehlen. Man kann schön die Promenade entlangfahren. Lage des Hotels einwandfrei, sowohl rechts als auch links vom Hotel wird einiges geboten. Wir hatten HP gebucht; Frühstück in Ordnung, das Abendessen ödete uns nach dem dritten Abend aber an, sodass wir außerhalb etwas Abwechslung suchten. Auch die scheppernden Servierwagen des Restaurantservices ging einem auf den Geist. Die Vorhänge des Restaurants durften beim Frühstück obwohl strahlender Sonnenschein nicht aufgemacht werden. Schade, ich bin doch im Urlaub der Sonne wegen! Mit Reklamation wurde schnell umgegangen. Wir hatten einen laufenden Spülkasten. Keine 10 Minuten später war die Sache behoben. Allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer über der Küche. Würden wir nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten für eine Woche ok!
