We arrived in the early evening in the hotel, after a quick check-in, we were told the room, which is located just around the corner to the front desk, room H4...
We arrived in the room and thought to ourselves first, what a dump! Well, for two weeks it was enough to sleep. But the view into the bathroom was almost like a punch in the face: outlet was hanging from the wall, which in a wet room really security is not sound, the fixtures around the sink nearly fell apart, and there were a lot of memory of the people.
From the front desk and complained... With German you had no chance, so in English, but we could fortunately reasonably well. After an apology offered to send the cleaning lady to clean, which I decline and to a new room. I was put off, that the hotel was fully booked, and a new room in 2-3 days would be free... I thought, well, those few days already somehow go, but the whole around in the first two hours of my vacation had almost the whole mood spoiled.
After dinner, a small stroll through the ballermann area for the English, the you referred to 5m if you two drinks for five euro wanted to drink, we exhausted from the trip to us back to the hotel on the ear to strike.

I tried to remain reasonable, but it will be very difficult for me, and the type made attentive, that if I see you tomorrow a new room the whole front desk would take apart... Lo and behold, it worked indeed! The next day, we could immediately after breakfast our new room...
The new room was a lot nicer and cleaner, but not really amazing... But you could well spend two weeks. Unfortunately you have to rent the fridge for ten euros a week, I thought that was slow standard that is you have a fridge in the room...
The free Wi-Fi access was attempting to... You could connect to 10' 000 try, the Internet was so slow, that you feel cozy two cup of cigarettes, to the Google home page had loaded...
The food was pretty bland, and there was pretty much always the same at the buffet. Mainly English or Russian enjoyed it...
The beach in front of the hotel actually makes a nice impression, even though it is quite small. But you have to expect that you quite sardine cans moderately on weekends between the other tourists and the locals is... You had enough space and peace at the beach will bother you find all 5 minute from a 'coconut' buckle or a melon ANANAAAAAS melon ' down-and-outs, where there is dirt if you just have a siesta interested or not... Simply shouting and antat Chen long until one is awake... A simple ' no thank you!' Is not enough, they disappeared usually first after the aggressive began to curse...
Exactly the same thing on the Promenade in the evening... All pushy guys to the people in the bars filled with English you wanted, and the very nice nachgerufen after we again ' no thank you!Having said that, had... If Tenerife, then never again in this hotel, and never more to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos...
