Nice but with drawbacks *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe spent nine nights in H10. Booked a double room with view of the sea we did. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given a room on the ground floor. To our horror, we had to say, that the room was not renovated and did not have a balcony (as described in the catalogue but) is. The view of the pool was very modest. The condition of the room was beyond our expectations. After complaining to the front desk we were waited until the next day. According to the front desk were no more rooms available. The following day we got our booked room was still not and were put off again. After talking with our travel guide, the very quickly followed calls were in the hotel. After two days we could delay in our booked room. We had a room on the eight floor with a balcony and view of the sea 815. The quality of the service was fabulous, and the function of the air conditioning a bit of a problem. Each time we have turned this, it smelled very unpleasant closing in the room. This was in the other rooms on the same floor! The food is excellent and varied. Coke 0, 5 liter costs dinner at the two 2.20 euro, five litres of bottled water 0. two euro. Also the ice cream and drinks in the evening on the terrace were reasonably priced the excursion offer was good, car rental was available in the hotel. There were mainly guests from England at the hotel. Opportunities for shopping (drinks etc.) were given in the budget around the corner. Pharmacy is also nearby. The pool is very well maintained but no reservation of the pool chairs in front of ten o'clock. Towels at the pool were you can get. During the day activities take place. The entertainers were very friendly but somewhat annoying, if you will be asked to participate in all five, although you at the first time bringing ☺ The staff at the front desk are friendly speak English and broken German. On the ground floor you can use the Internet ten minutes = a euro or a euro for a game of billiards. Our conclusion :! All the rooms a hours before the room number low cost rooms are. The hotel is known for its overbooking which is a shame. After all the back and forth with the rooms we had still nice days. If you can accept drawbacks regarding purchase, I can't make vacation ☺
