Good room with two restrictions *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were already the fourth time in H10. Our accommodation was on the top floor in. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The food in the restaurant was very good again. At the peak moments in the restaurant, the staff sometimes overtaxed due to understaffing. Yet the staff were still friendly. We could always sleep with the balcony door opened. This time however it was not. Even on the top floor there were quite a lot of bugs. On the first evening were in bed on the balcony to see several cockroaches. So we slept with the balcony door closed and this time a/c. Nevertheless, we had a week in our room five cockroaches. I think it for a four-five stars hotel too much. The problem we reported at the front desk. I hope, that you have done something about it in the meantime. Overall, our stay was very beautiful though. The above-mentioned problem was the only downer.
