Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in the time from 10-17 September 2011 in H10 Rubicon palace and would recommend this hotel as a whole. There are definitely better hotels in Lanzarote. For the hotel it was more like a three star instead of four * adequate. Positive: clean, nice and spacious area friendly staff large rooms bus station (with direct connections to the centre of plaja Blanca) directly in front of the door negative: only English guests with bad manners (apart from a few Spanish) very pushy/loud entertainment (only for the English and Spanish) at the food there is a lot of variety, but nothing tastes really, often cold cocktail offer in all inclusive ridiculous, just three cocktails can be ordered and unlovingly and did not taste they are none of the staff of the hotel speak German, not even at the front desk it worked during our entire stay only one elevator in the lobby, so that there was always long queues formed or all voluntary used the stairs (!) all the rooms are extremely badly soundproofed
