Hotel H10 timanfaya Palace *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ACatastrophic buffet and waiters! Quality of the meal very badly, hardly any variation. Service staff helpless and apparently not trained in dealing with guests. This hotel has the best years behind it! Rooms worn, but clean. Staff at the front desk extremely incompetent, some almost rude.
Many hidden costs:
Safety deposit box 17€ per week
Minibar 3€ per day or konsumpflicht of ten articles
Internet Per 1€ ten minutes
Late check out at 1 hour: 10€
