Top 3 star Hotel in Magaluf Mallorca
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA very friendly airy hotel of good size but not too big. Set on the edge of Magaluf very near the Pirates Adventure, away from bars but only a five minute walk into Magaluf. The hotel is kept very clean and seating is comfortable in the communaral areas, you stay on a half board basis. The hotel is popular with many natonalities including Russian, and with various age groups.
Location
On the edge of Magaluf beach only 10 minutes away, airport only 25 minutes away by taxi, local shops and bars only 5 minutes away
The staff at the hotel are excellent, we have stayed here many times and have never seen any of the staff unhappy, we do not class the hotel staff as hotel but as our Friends. They speak mant languages between them and English is very well spoken. Rooms are of a high standard and are kept very clean by the maids, decoration is kept to a high standard as well.
Gastronomy
There is one restaurant and two bars one which is out by the pool, food is of very high quality and always refilled quickly, bars stock local and international drinks.
Sport & Entertainment
Pool area is very clean and is washes down daily, entertainment team do various activities throughout the day with bingo and shows in the evening, there is internet access inside the hotel and for a small fee it is possible to have it in your room.
Room
Rooms are of a good size and can accomadate 3 people with ease, the air-conditioning was excellent keeping the room very cool, so sleeping was very easy. There is a safe in the room for money and cameras etc etc.
Tips and recommendations
We stayed in August when it was very hot but hotel is cool, the change in tempreture can be felt as soon as you walk into the front entrace of the hotel, there is plenty of parking on the front of the hotel and around the hotel we have never had a problem parking on or near the hotel, a lot of hotels charge you to park a car now which can be expensive but at the Don Juan there is no charge.
