A shame for the otherwise good hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Athe hotel is overbooked. We thought that was outrageous. we had to experience this is the second time for a night in another hotel, due to overbooking, we stayed at the February 2011 for September 2011 as may happen. but what the quality of the food has declined from last year. The staff seemed very stressed, the manager of the hotel was unfriendly. the rest of the staff quite friendly. We booked this hotel definitely not. What a pity.
