For one night it is acceptable *

For people on business trip with a night just okay. Single room, 2.5 times the size of the bed. In the bathroom you can just barely turn around once. However, same price as double room. Mold on the shower curtain, rust on heating. Otherwise basic amenities: no hair dryer, no telephone, no fridge, no elevator. Remote control for the tv/dirty filthy. Programme mess/Double occupancy. The room the whole night light by road lamp, sheer curtains in bright color.
Setting: peaceful residential zone, 600 meters tram.
Front desk rather indifferent and introverted, breakfast was the best included at the hotel friendly service.
Not suitable for people with allergies (carpet and feather).
I personally would not stay. In zuffenhausen seems to be a really good hotel. Staying in the city and 30 euros more pay. 65 euro are actually a bit much. Only the breakfast and the service in the morning compensate.
Conclusion: If zuffenhausen, then we could accept it for one night just.
