Good hotel in a great location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden in the W31th street, very central to Penn Station, which is a plus, as you from the airport with the Airtrain and the LIRR in 40 minutes from the hotel. Also nearby is the Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building, and to the Time Square is it not far. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked, but there is still always a table for breakfast, but sadly always first had to clean our own as not all their own trash when. Breakfast consisted of toast, fried Hackfleischscheiben, omelets, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, juices, cereals, coffee etc. You became sated in any case. Only if you came later, the toast was unfortunately not to be replaced, but there is even worse. Our complaint, the our toilet not working, it was dealt with promptly. The room had a good size, with closet, unfortunately without much shelves, but with iron and ironing board, coffee maker. The bathroom has a large shower, but the rest of the bathroom is a bit small and hardly counter space. The staff was very friendly, we asked for an early check in (9 AM) and a late check out (5 pm) and was also immediately complied. Conclusion: we would be pleased to go back!!!
