Small, central, clean hotel in Manhattan *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden is a small, central, very clean hotel, right on the Madison Square Garden with good subway connection. Penn Station and Herald Square are within a few minutes walking distance (from here go everywhere), Macy's and Times Square. There were 19 floors each with 8 rooms on each floor. On 5 floors there was water or ice machine. Air-conditioned rooms are not very large, but still was more than adequate for a couple of days in New York. There is a large king size bed, flat screen TV, a very small closet with counter space, desk in the room. A safe could rent free of charge at the front desk. The bathroom is also small, but relatively new with glass shower (no like more of a nuisance than a shower curtain). Everything is very clean, was cleaned every day and towels (for every were 4 towels and 2 washcloths as) each day. A hair dryer available was available in the bathroom. There is also an ironing board and iron in the closet. The charging your cell phone, camera, etc. Definitely take a US adapter. The breakfast was well arranged, there are bagels, toast, muffins or croissants; cream cheese, butter and jams, eggs and sausage or meatballs; fruit salad, cornflakes and yogurt. There are also options to bake, fresh waffles. A good start to the day, so nothing in the way. The customer service is very friendly and helpful in every way. Here at the guest carer at the front desk could be good tips for shows, shopping, food, etc. Get. The front desk has 2 computers which offer free surfing and check their emails, or can inform yourself about various offers in the city. The Hampton Inn We can definitely recommend Madison Square Garden and would always book this hotel, just for the convenient location.
