The hotel is representative-Hanseatic style furnished and is privately owned and operated. Major drawback of the hotel is the neglected condition of the general area (dirty and old carpets, broken lighting in the entrance area, very slightly damaged front desk table, musty smell, wild grounds). The general area is obviously not been renovated for years. The condition is for a hotel of 4 star category absolutely unworthy; the price/performance ratio completely unbalanced. In this context, we demanded a free cancellation of our reservation. The slipping told us with, that this is the approval by the operator was needed. Unfortunately, this is but not walking distance. On request we were told, that the operator was in his office, but no telephone (!) have. This is incredible. Binding, it should be noted, that the room overall a satisfactory impression. To sum up, must be clear, that the operator is seeking, in the wheelchair Isabelle once to make a quick profit. The room to be good, is Johannes found the cleanliness of discouraged.
