Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were very much disappointed of the hotel. The hotel is certainly not 4, five star. The transportation situation to and from the hotel was rather good. When we arrived it turned out that the renovation of the sauna area as a major renovation of the whole building and a new building with demolition. The welcome at the reception we were welcomed with deafening jackhammer noise. The lady at the front desk said only the bare minimum. After we had filled in the registration, we only got the visitor. We were told, we still didn't get the key (without further comment). In response to our verdutzten faces they told us, that the room was not yet finished its (about 1:00 P.M. it was), at 2:00 P.M. we could to the room. The end of the statement. The question, where we could leave the luggage, we were refunded on the grounds of Schleißfächer in the hallway and the need for a 1-euro piece, that we generously to empty safe-deposit box, answered. In a hotel with 4, five star I expect the case, that the rooms are not ready, that the bags were taken and as soon as the room was ready to be delivered to your room. We were also aware (at press air hammer noise) the only 8:00 A.M. construction to start in the morning and lasted only until 4:00 P.M.. Great welcome for a holiday, in which you want to relax. An apology for the inconvenience because of the construction, there was no verbal by notice in the hotel. The book llte 5-course menu Te was terrible. The selection of course was very brave (2 courses offal, and dove) and the preparation especially the fish rather lower cafeteria level. I could list further faults, it wants but at this point, since I want to annoy the holiday and I chop not.
