Brilliant hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMy friend and I stayed at the Hauza for a week and loved every minute of it!! It's spotlessly clean and the staff are so lovely!
The meals in the main restaurant are served at perfect times with fairly long slots and other snacks are available between. Drinks are 24 hours and are of decent quality for an all inclusive hotel.
The rooms are lovely with high quality furnishings and very comfortable beds. Sheets seem to be changed daily and rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard. You may even sometimes return to find a little animal on your bed made by the house keeping team out of your towels and pillows. :) Lovely touch.
Sunbeds are comfortable and there is no shortage of them by either of the lovely large and clean pools and beach.
All members of staff are great and offer a fautless service. On your first day you may find some of them approach you to sell you excursions and massages etc but just say no and they will then just want to be your friend for the rest of your holiday :) I however recommend the massage!
Location is great. Close to airport (Planes pass over but did not disturb us) and also close to other places such as Naama Bay.
Met many guest during our stay who are on return visits to the resort which speaks for itself! I personally will definatly be going back!!
I dont understand how some guests can find things to complain about. I think some people are too picky and are simply looking for issues with the hotel.

Location
Hotel has its own private beach which is gorgeous and has an all inclusive beach bar too.
Its a ten minute walk to the first shops and bars in Nabq bay and close to bank too. Namma bay is only 15 mins away in taxi.
Staff are posibly the best staff I have ever had dealings with on any holiday! They speak a huge variety of languages fluently and are keen to manke friends with you and give you the best service possible.
House keeping is of a very high standard.
Gastronomy
The main restaurant is open at perfect hours for a good length of time. Between meal hours though there is nearly always all inclusive snacks available and drinks are 24 hours.
Food is of a good quality for all inclusive and hotels has themes nights such as egyptian, mexican, italian, etc.
There is also an a la carte indian restaurant on site which is lovely. 1st time visitors get one free meal a week in here.
Waiting staff are great too!
Sport & Entertainment
The pools are large and perfectly clean. Both have all inclusive bars near by and lots of comfortable sun beds.
The "Jungle pool" over looks the sea which is beautiful and has many smaller pools built in to rocks, a jacuzzi, jet sprays and 3 water slides! Great fun! :)
Beach is gorgeous. Clean and supervised.
Every guest has a towel card too so you can collect a clean towel each day free of charge to use by the pool or beach.

Tips and recommendations
Ignore the bad reviews! I think these guests must be looking for things to complain about. We could not find one thing that we could fault. Fantastic value for money.
