The hotel is ok, but not 4 stars hotel

Location
The hotel is near to the center of town, which is nice but the beach is not neer and the hotel doesn't have theirs beach and so on beach you dont have service all inclusive and you have to pay for beach services.
The maids cleaning rooms well but late in afternoon so you can't lie down after lunch. We also had a bad experience with one of waiters, he was rude and argued with us and when we ask for manager he calmed down and poorly apologizes. And one more thing if you don’t know Russian or German doesn’t go there because almost no one speaks English. For medical care you have to have paid insurance because the physical check is 60 EUR.
Gastronomy
The meals are poor because you have only 2 main meals and lot of salts and sweets and you can't serve your self with main meal, the cook is doing that.
Sport & Entertainment
The pool was very small; when 6 people are in it it's cruddy. They close pool for swimming very early in afternoon. But they have in Kemer great see and beach so I recommend swimming at night.
Room
The TV was very small and black white (I forgot that such thing existed) and air conditioner was very old and not easy to use. The rooms are small but the balcony and bathroom are too small.
Tips and recommendations
The best way to shop is in Turkish lira because they are cheating in exchange rates and they like to give high price and then offer the less to make you feel good but that goods are not worth that money anyway. Don’t buy any perfumes all of them are falls and visit Deepo Outlet shopping mail there you can find great things on sales.
