More shine than reality *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AInitially it looks like a great hotel. But on closer inspection you quickly noticed, that it is not a lot of importance on cleanliness and friendliness was. But this should be a five-star hotel actually be provided. In our bathroom were already at arrival to find some hair from the previous guest, which improved in the next few days. After a girl at the front desk was friendly to the point, this was very unfriendly and it changed nothing at all. In the room itself was clearly visible, probably rather rare that a vacuum is used. Generally very unfriendly staff, except for one or two.
Conclusion: great location, but it makes up for the lack in no way!
