Die Lage des Hotels ist zugegeben optimal ... aber: man hat in diesem Haus ständig das Gefühl, dass ein BWL'er hier das "Sagen" hat. Wenn von 10 Geschirrteilen min. 4 angeschlagen sind, ist das nicht o. k. ... für das Ergebnis aber günstig. Wenn von 10 Handtüchern min. 5 verschlissen sind, ist das ... siehe zuvor. Warum für eine Minibar eine Gebühr von 5, 00 €/Tag oder beim Badehandtuchwechsel eine Gebühr von 1, 00 €/Stück genommen wird, dass kann nur ein BWL'er erklären. Egal in welchem Bereich des Hauses man sich bewegte, man hatte - ich wiederhole mich - ständig das Gefühl, hier wird mal wieder an den Kosten was optimiert. Wenn allerdings die Veranwortlichen ersthaft meinen, auch noch beim Einkauf der Lebensmittel gnadenlos sparen zu können, werden sie irgentwann erkennen, dass der Wunsch nach einem guten Betriebsergebnis nicht den Urlaubswünschen der Mehrzahl der Gäste entspricht ... jedenfalls nicht unseren Wünschen.
