Bei unserem Aufenthalt 2000 in Playa Blanca war der Parkplatz des Hesperia Playa Dorada Treff- und Abfahrtspunkt für einen Inselausflug. Beim Warten auf den Bus neugierig in die Empfangshalle blinzelnd erweckte dieses Hotel unsere Aufmerksamkeit und gab Anlass, es an einem der nächsten Urlaubstage näher in Augenschein zu nehmen. Begeistert vom fantastischen Eingangsbereich glitten unsere Blicke zur Poollandschaft und schon befanden wir uns in einem weitläufigen, wunderschönen Hotelgarten. Damals war er noch anders gestaltet und einige der Palmen hatten keine oder zerfransten Wedel… im November 2005 wütete Delta auf Lanzarote und hinterließ verheerende Spuren…
Auf alle Fälle imponierte uns das Hesperia vor Jahren enorm. So sehr, dass wir im Juni 2006 einen Teil unserer schönsten Zeit des Jahres dort verlebten. Hesperia Playa Dorada wir kommen auch in 2007 wieder!
