4 star? Certainly not. And also otherwise not great. *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was the hellhörigste hotel, the we have ever had. You could communicate without any problems with the neighbors, the TV could be heard two rooms away. With a 50% allocation with estimated the deaf-loungers you can easily imagine the result.
The bathroom is on a state of renovation about 1970, the toilet flushing valve-yes it are still flushing valve-are in this hotel room good to hear three further and replace (next to the loungers) each alarm clock.
The room was OK, the TV to raise large but available, the air conditioning worked. The minibar (an empty fridge) and the safe must also be paid and in addition.
The dining room has the charm of a station restaurant or a hostel, breakfast is OK, soft bread rolls have we not found. Dinner not very varied and qualitatively rather at the lower end. The staff in the dining room is absolutely unacceptable. Incompetent, unfriendly, dirty and close to marble speed.
The rest of the hotel staff is OK though.
The hotel is for the handicapped accessible, ramps and assistance are available. However, whether three small elevators, in each case the walker or wheelchair just a fit, with about 1000 guests occupied by a sufficient, I dare to doubt. It was at least active waiting transport the elevators.
The average age of the guests was 60 plus, the mixture was mainly english ladies or older english couples, a few German couples and some dutch, as well as on the weekend Spanish families, their (loud) held the family reunion. A few younger couples with children lowered the average.
The whole district, in the the hotel is located, is rather on the orientation geared toward elderly guests. For young or young at heart local have we not found.
The beach (right in front of the hotel) consists of rougher sand/gravel, is but clean and quite flat. The rent for beach chairs and umbrellas were rude. (6 euros per person and day rate)
All in all the hotel is for older guests rather undemanding suitable, the best are schwerhörig something.
