Alone among English! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel itself is spacious and has space for about 400 people. The complex is somewhat older but otherwise well maintained. The building and rooms are big cracks in the walls-outside the building to continue. Our room at the front of the hotel facing the street with a view of the mountains was ok. The room had air conditioning, the whispered a bit noisy, but there was also at night moderate traffic-so either heat or the noise in the room, which we didn't really bother us though. We did not hear a shout loud at night or by corridor ran. The bathroom was clean, however I once Sargrotan the toilet and all buttons or handles cleaned, because it had some stains and crust. On the edge of the toilet looked still traces of brownish Liquid?! After four days de toilet was probably from the outside cleaned. At first glance clean, on the second-oh well! The funny, there was no toilet brushes. We have taken so much paper, so with three people are pleasant. At first we were the only German guests, later nopch a young couple in addition, the dearest had checked out. The young man was the information at the front desk: 'There were no toilet brushes provided'! So, when you fly down there, please even a toilet brush-there is no?! Our room, the beds abetrifft, was also ok. The beds are tough-but oh well, for the couple of days bearable. The extra bed for our 13 year old son was good. Room floor was the whole week somehow sandy so not really clean. There are no bars or hooks in the room guard in the bathroom-only rails for towels. There is a small narrow balcony with 1 table and two chairs-. There was no possibility to hang clothes line or soft things. We used the chairs. The guests were almost exclusively English. Not the bawling and drunk englishmen, where one can hear, but nice quiet families -but unfortunately not really because of their Dialekts understands. None of us came with his English. We were told when booking, as the hi-hotel an international hotel, would at the front desk German spoken. That wasn't't at all true! None in the whole hotel, but really nobody spoke German. Not even spanish was spoken. It's everything for English guests set, which was the large wide Buffet is concerned. We viorgenommen, 1 week no hype for this. We have always found something, what us schmeckct. Every afternoon it jcc fish, chicken meat, Chicken, or pork, grilled steaks and so on vegetables, salads. Breakfast can be also boiled eggs, toast, cereal, cereal corne (our son didn't tasted) food. The coffee was very good, my husband not at all. There were two coffees, including cappuccino, cocoa, milk. Lunch (without carbonation) water tasted a bit of chlorine-the other was but good! Two wines-the stop. By the pool there is a snack bar with all the drinks, beer, fanta, mineral water with gas or mineral water, alcohol in all variations, coffee, tea, cocoa and many others we had all inclusive and arrived to clear. After 1 week it repeated the food program and the programme, 1 week so it was fine for us. The pool is clean-something for everyone. In the afternoon a bit entertainment by water polos. The entertainers are rather low-key, but also speak only English guests, no attempt sometimes translated in German, we knew not, what has been said or what. Guests were mostly families -whole clans, with grandma Oppa, aunts, uncles and cousins and so on were very many children there. The language was I mean! ☺ With teenagers I would not book the hotel and not at all with German. There is no contact to the beach. For our son it was boring and not only did we regret, we have the time still bridged-otherwise it would be good for him but better former. Conclusion: if you don't get too picky and five be-then you can try or 1 week stay! ☺ However, we would not book here again-now we know it!
Location
The distance to the beach was short. Go back by the pool past, from a gate on the road at a wonderful minigolf course past, then just right and you can see the sea-a stone's throw from the sea and Promeande with lots of shops and restaurants.
Possibilities for excursions for example gibnt to marineland, aqua park with lots of slides, caves and many other everything available on the front desk a desk with a nice lady-which advises the booking and receive. But be careful: here you have to speak English, otherwise it will nothing! This lady didn't speak German!
We have a cave 'carven' or similar in porto christo visited. The bus was quite long and the walk a bit rough, some guests in the bus have passed and it was bad. The cave is 29 meters deep and it is the largest underground lake. There are too many crowds on the way. You karrt added with the bus and then you get the tickets for those entrance from the guidebook in the bus was previously, the disappear very quickly. I was standing in a large queue to the cave (but quick). It's small, warm and you may not photograph, where no one is off-(also in the hotel to wsich some Rules!). The cave is great, but one would prefer there traveling alone and not with 200 people. The idea is good, but the geplärre the much to small children, took there, corrosive! I just wanted out there! Nothing for people with panic and fear! This action was much too expensive and nothing brought. You won a Perlenmanufactur and a huge Souvwenirladen (that was good)-otherwise, you should make sure the terminals! A go-kart track is also nearby easily reachable by bus from the hotel.
The friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. The waiters seem quite good. Two or three were very nice-but somewhat cramped. You never knew whether one should speak English or spanish, but we didn't notice-there's only with English. Orders are not only hard to understand (or do not want to be always understood?). So, only English!
The room cleaning, as I have already mentioned, wishy-washy-it looks at first glance clean. Beds there were always well done. But please no note on the bed, which is important-there is everything thrown away!
Laundry service is for a few euros in the house. Doctor was pretty good-on the beach promenade right on the left-hand side is a doctor and a pharmacy is right around the corner. This seems to work pretty well! Child care gfibt in the hotel-at least we have nothing seen. The entertainers ziehehn evening program through it. The kids liked it-but also all English!
We didn't complain-for week 1 it was not so important-it could have been anyway nothing amended and with hands and feet to explain everything, if you don't want to be seen ☺ is quite difficult! The young German guests was front desk scandalised, because the toilet brush-we were not there, he said but, the wärten total rude!
Gastronomy
There is 1 restaurant, three bars, but only two open alternately- is however okay. There was enough to eat there, the buffet was nutritious-i think limits was something for everyone. Would you not starve. As already mentioned, there was every lunch meat (chicken, turkey, pork, beef alternately) fish steamed, grilled, tuna, pasta, potatoes were from time to time Pürrèe. Fries and pasta for the kids-very clear. Soups-they were always very delicious, champignonsoße cream, tomatoes or chicken soup! There one could not complain. I have continued my diet, and am without a gram again in dusseldorf arrived! Our son was pretty good for the food and after the third day following that of 'mutters food' complained! * lol * the vegetables were a little overdone-we must exercise yet, but it was more toward the'English Fare '!
The waiters cleared quickly from, but it was not annoying, so reserved!
Sport & Entertainment
There is little animation or very low-key, which didn't bother us-we thought it was rather good. However, there is no Spoirtraum, so if you wish, free weights, or cycling, or early in the morning to do-running on the beach. Or swim in the pool. That was it.
Internet was there-two entrances!
Kids club every evening-alternately different activities and music. The kids loved it fun!
For teens there are over main nothing there! Not recommendable!
Pool was clean, there was an extra pool for children for the very small ones with 20 centimeter high water and Liegestüheln around.
Beach chairs are always reserved all former, although this was not allowed-but that doesn't matter-as already mentioned-the scrapes that there were no problems. Everywhere the liebebn early with towels. It didn't bother us, we sat and on the beach you could buy for 3.50 per piece. The parasol cost the same!
Sun protection is served in the hotel by the pool every afternoon there is a consultant. Umbrellas were also geniug there and at the bar. Also showers were by the pool available and toilets, but not clean-we are not on it!
Room
Size ok-not huge, but adequate. We were three people. Beds of the food were satisfactory.-but very hard. No hooks in the room and in the bath only a opaar rails for towels. There was also a telephone, but we didn't use it. Air conditioning-but cooled super. We had a safe, you should nothing around-but it is elsewhere as well!
If you stay here a minibar as we... WRONG! For me the most important thing! You can for 40, -euro/week rent a fridge!
no coffee maker, no kettle, no small kitchen available.
Zustahnd but otherwise ok. The hotel seems to be from the seventies.
Tips and recommendations
price performance ratio -okay.
No hotel for German people.
No hotel for germans families with teenagers!
Not a hotel for older people, which want to have your peace and quiet!
Only English guests!
Many small children!
Hotel is however otherwise not so loud, as one imagined!
no Prölls!
every evening after 23:00 o'clock Disco-sometimes a bit noisy and annoying -but then you could go outside!
