Hotel Hi Palmanova

The distance to the beach was actually ok and preserved with its 400 meters. However, one had to walk past some trash cans, which was a very unpleasant odor to. The hotel is located on a busy road, which it at night in between a bit noisy made. The church next to the hotel, has three times a day unaushaltbar loud noises given.
The town of palma nova itself is really nice and clean, unfortunately less spanish than English spoken!
German tourists, we had a rather rarely seen.

The staff is very rude hi palmanova, and no German.
One was rude looked at, if one had wishes, as for example, the drinks without ice cream (if you have one at all). The room cleaning was very infrequent and not thoroughly, not even average. We understood that it was a German travel guide would be (which of course) so that we can at least let our complaints. However, we are also disappointed. When we went to the travel guide gone are, communicated to complaints, we were only stupid looked at and then laughed. After the motto ' I can not understand, but that makes nothing'.
When we checked out of the hotel are, knew the staff at the front desk not even, that we leave, but from where also, we had to also organize our bus alone!

Only English food! In the 'cafeteria' there were for lunch and supper at the table unfortunately only: white wine, red wine and with too much chlorine natural water from the water tap. For German tourists the only drinking since are: perfect!
The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The food was cold most of the time, and didn't really taste. At least the used plates were quickly cleared away, although the waiters very annoyed and unfriendly former are. In the so-called The restaurant was not a beautiful atmosphere, but a cafeteria same.

In the lobby, there were two internet access, which unfortunately were always occupied. Sport and entertainment repeated every day and was a very quick on the nerves.
The hotel has a large pool and a small for children. If you are not in the morning at four o'clock got up there was no space on the beach chairs, even though the reservation was forbidden.

The beach, which really wonderful is, for us was the only way to escape from the horror.

the room was already dirty, when we arrived. There were hairs on the bed, sand on the floor, the shower head was total moldy. A very small room with old furniture. The bed was on wheels, which made the sleep very. The air conditioner was very loud but at least it worked. The balcony was very small and collapse. The bathroom was dirty and very small. There wasn't't even a toilet brush!
So make sure to bring a toilet brush, as the one there is not, as the English travel guide occupy. There was no mini bar and no hair dryer. The rooms are very simple equipped.

For 450 euros per person and five days we were very disappointed. Very bad price/performance ratio.
It is important that you speak perfect English or spanish. The bus to the airport one must organize unfortunately, although included in the price, even and especially very important... Pack a toilet brush!
